1. Who you are contracting with

This service is provided by EON Consulting ("EON", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

EON provides a web-based workplace safety, security and compliance platform with guided wizards, forms, policy generators and analytics for facilities, workplace and office managers.

3. Subscription & recurring charges

Access to the platform is provided on a paid recurring subscription basis (monthly or annual, depending on the plan you choose). By subscribing you authorise us and our payment processor to automatically charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period and you will not be charged again after that.

We may change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4. Acceptable use of forms and content

All templates, blank forms, wizards, checklists and workflows provided through the platform are licensed for use only through the EON interface. You may not download, export, copy, scrape or redistribute blank (uncompleted) forms or templates for use outside the platform, and you may not use them to build a competing product.

You may download, print and retain copies of forms you have completed with your own organisation's data (for example completed OSHA 300 logs, injury reports, risk assessments and policies) for your records and regulatory obligations.

5. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

6. Misuse

You must not: use the service unlawfully; upload malware; attempt to gain unauthorised access; scrape or reverse-engineer the platform; infringe intellectual property; or use the platform to send spam or fraudulent communications.

7. Intellectual property

The platform, its software, templates, branding and documentation are owned by EON Consulting. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your subscription.

8. Service availability

We work hard to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your right to use the platform ends immediately; you may export your completed forms during a reasonable wind-down window.

10. Disclaimer

EON provides tooling to help you manage workplace safety and compliance. It does not replace professional legal, safety or medical advice. You are responsible for verifying that your use of the platform satisfies applicable regulations.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve (12) months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages.
